The picture is streaming if you have a fast connection.
Usual rules apply - catch yourself in the picture and upload the picture to claim the cache. Phone a friend who is at home to capture the image on his PC and then email it to you. If you press "Print Screen" on PC keyboard and then go to an image editing program like Paintshop Pro and go to "edit" then "paste as new image" you will get exactly what was on your screen when you pressed the key.
However if the webcam is not working or you have nobody at home to capture your image through the webcamI dont mind a picture of yourself at the location that clearly shows you are at the right spot.
If you are driving to this spot there is no parking nearby but you can pull over in the Taxi stand for a quick picture if its empty. Keep an eye out for traffic wardens though.
