You are looking for a pipe. Please don't try to remove the pipe from its position. Inside the pipe is the EMC.
All you need to do is unscrew the lid off the pipe (the only part you'll see) and grab the EMC to sign your mark, then replace as found. There is no need to "tighten" the cap on the pipe, it's just there to 'house' the geocache (EMC). You will need a writing instrument to sign the log for your smiley.
Please remember to --> NOT give any clues or hints in part or whole about the hide location in your online log. This will insure the listing's D/T rating will be accurate. Why make it easier for the next geocacher?
This cache may not be suitable for young children and a light & boots are recommended.

I created this cache for those that just got a GPS for Christmas or that is new to this great sport. My attentions for this cacher would be to learn about the three characteristics of coordinates; longitude, latitude, and altitude or also known as elevation. Also for the cacher to pay attention to the two ratings posted for each cache, difficulty and terrain. Adding the importance of taking the cache information with them so they have references, also to learn to take this and other information posted on the cache page and rationalize it to make the hunt easier. But I have been advised to discourage new cachers from attempting this cache so here is the warning; "so don’t try this one unless you want a challenge and to gain some knowledge about geocaching."
The official guidelines for finding geocaches is noted HERE, Thanks, and have fun. LZ33
This cache is not for everyone! This is a thought provoking cache. Depending on your capabilities of reasoning and observations your visit my be lengthy or may require a return trip(s). You should bring an open mind and a positive attitude.
11-26-06, I drove past the cache as the road is now open and very busy. The hardest part of the cache now will be finding a place to park.
3-11-08, Nearby temp parking has been provided. I replaced the log sheet and put a EMC inside the cache container, there is no need to "tighten", the lid on the container, and you might want to open the cache slowly. A diabetes TB will fit in this cache. Thanks, LZ33
12/6/2010. Due to the current surroundings I've updated the difficulty and terrain rating. Parking is still available nearby.
8/9/15, The old EMC was replaced with a new one that included a new waterproof log. Wow, the area has changed a lot since the listing was published.
