The location is deceivingly easy.
This specific location was chosen to honor and appreciate the members of the Floral Park community who are in the process of getting the "Centennial Park and Bird Sanctuary" ready for the public. Although the park is not completed, the cache is located on the grounds of the park (but not inside). During most of the weekends, there will be activity on the grounds, so watch out for muggles.
Cache is a small plastic tupperware.
IMPORTANT NOTE (maybe a spoiler): No need to move or lift rocks from the garden.
