The coordinates given are not those of the cache. The actual
coordinates are N 54° AA.418 W BB° XX.485 (You may be required to
pay a small fee to visit the location of the required information)
Once you have located the Councillor, you will know the name of his
Director of Engineering. Convert this name into numerals on the
basis of A = 1, B = 2 etc. Northings Add together values for
letters 5 & 7 together with half the value of letter 1. (Save
the other half for later!) This gives the value for AA. Westings
For full degrees (BB) use the second half of letter 1. Then, deduct
the value for letter 3 from that of letter 2, multiply by the value
for letter 6, add on letter 7 to give the value for XX. The cache
container is divided into two parts; one part contains a log
printed on waterproof paper, and the other part contains a pencil.
