Deze wandeling is ca. 3,5 km lang en kan enkel te voet afgelegd worden.
Ze loopt hoofdzakelijk over smalle bospaden en gedeeltelijk ook over veldwegen naast de Semois. Op het hoogste punt kan je genieten van een prachtig vergezicht (zie foto’s)
This is a walk of approximately 3.5 km. It can only be done by walking it. Most of the time you walk on a narrow track in the forest and there's a short part in an open area near the river Semois.

Je vertrekt aan La Passerelle waar je uitgebreide parkeermogelijkheden hebt:
Deze bevindt zich op WP1: N49 50.102 - E5 00.131
Wandel in de richting van : WP 2 : N49 50.162 - E4 59.981
En vervolgens naar WP3 : N49 50.154 - E4 59.843.
Noteer op WP3 het getal achter 'HT' . Gebruik enkel de 3 laatste cijfers en noem dit A.
Wandel verder naar WP4 : N49 49.869 - E4 59.764 . Voor de geïnteresseerden: onderweg kom je een infobord tegen met informatie over de tabaksteelt in deze streek.
Op WP4 wandel je 80 meter in oostelijke richting. Om vervolgens in zuidelijke richting verder te gaan tot aan WP5 : N49 49.771 - E4 59.827.
Zoek in deze omgeving naar een aluminium plaatje met een 3-cijferig getal. Dit getal noemen we X
(tip: OBBZFGEBAX)
Wandel nu naar WP6 : N49 49.708 - E4 59.796 waar je het pad omhoog, het bos in volgt.
Bereken Z :
Z=A+163
Blijf dit bospad (nr 88) volgen tot WP7 : N49 49.478 - E4 59.Z
Noteer hier het zwarte getal (3 cijfers) naast het telefoonsymbool en noem dit B
(Crêtes de Frahan)
Je hebt nu alle gegevens om de cachelocatie te bepalen:
Y = A+B+162
De cache ligt op : N49 49.X - E4 59.Y
Draag er zorg voor dat de cache terug mooi verstopt wordt nadat je de plaats verlaat.
Let er ook op dat je tijdens het loggen niet teveel aandacht trekt van passerende wandelaars.
Terugweg :
Blijf het wandelpad volgen in noordoostelijke richting en geef als bestemming WP1 in om terug aan de parking te komen. Onderweg kan je nog genieten van de mooie panorama’s en enkele speciale rotsen en grotten

Walk in the direction of WP2 : N49 50.162 - E4 59.981 , followed by WP3 : N49 50.154 - E4 59.843
At WP3: find the number after 'HT'. Use only the 3 last digits and call these 'A'
Continue to WP4 : N49 49.869 - E4 59.764 where you turn to the east for about 80 meters and then southwards to WP5
WP5 : N49 49.771 - E4 59.827. : Find a small aluminium board with a 3 digit number. This number = X

Walk to WP6 : N49 49.708 - E4 59.796 , where you enter the forest upwards.
Calculate Z : Z=A+163
Continue following the track trough the forest (track 88) to WP7 : N49 49.478 - E4 59.Z
Find here the black number (3 digits) next tot the telephone symbol and call it B.
Now you have all data to calculate the cache position:
Y = A+B+162
The cache is located at : N49 49.X - E4 59.Y
Please take care to hide it back at its original location and cover it with some leaves to make it look a natural location.
The way back to the car: Follow the track in North-East direction and point your GPS back to WP1.
You will enjoy the panaramic views and some special rocks on the way.

Cette promenade de 3,5 km n'est accesible qu'aux piétons. Une grande partie de la ballade se passe dans les bois mais vous longerez également la Semois en emprentant des chemin au travers champs. Au sommet du parcours vous profiterez d'un magnifique panorama.
Le départ au lieu dit "La Passerelle" vous propose des possibilitées de parking. Coordonnées WP1: N49 50. 102 E5 00.131
Dirigez - vous vers : WP 2 : N49 50.162 E4 59.981
et suivez ensuite : WP3 : N49 50.154 E4 59.843
WP3: Prenez note de la valeur après HT. Utilisez seulement les trois derniers chiffres et nommez-les “A”.
Poursuivez votre promenade vers WP4: N49 49.869 E4 59.764 En chemin les intéressés pourront trouver sur un panneau de l'information concernant la culture du tabac dans la région.
Au point WP4 suivez sur 80M la direction Est et ensuite poursuivez direction sud jusqu'au point WP5 : N49 49.771 - E4 59.827.
Cherchez une plaque en aluminium . Le nombre de trois chiffres appelez le "X"
Promenez vous vers WP6 N49 49.708 E4 59.796 d'où vous entrerez dans le bois via le chemin en haut.
Calculez Z :
Z=A+163
Poursuivez ce chemin forestier (n° 88) jusqu'à WP7 : N49 49.478 E4 59.Z
Prenez note du nombre (3 chiffres) à côté du symbole du téléphone et appelez le "B"
Vous avez maintenant toutes les données pour trouver l'emplacement de la cache.
Y=A+B+162
Position de la cache : N49 49.X E4 59.Y
Prenez soins de bien camoufler la cache avant de repartir.
Le retour:
Suivez le chemin direction Nord-Est et utilisez WP1 comme destination jusqu'au parking.
En route vous profiterez de superbes panoramas ainsi que de roches et grottes particulières.
