Geocache Description:

An easy cache right downtown. Please be discrete as this is a very public location. This is in homage to the nearby Watched by the Owl, but coyote won't laugh at you or give you hints.

There are several micros in town, but here is another. While you're here, be sure to visit the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center. Lots of exhibits of local history and a really cool working model train that depicts the Stevens Pass area through the years. A thrill for the train nut in all of us. Many exhibits tell the history behind several of our local caches (at least the sites where they are hidden.)Difficulty isn't due to a particularly clever hide, but due to dodgy satellites in the concrete canyon downtown. Best accuracy I could get was 23 feet, Listed coords are an average taken from 16 different readings.
