Harry Dolphin: It has been three months, and no work has been done. I'm starting to wonder if any repair work is even intended. We're sad to see this one go (it was a great location). Oh, well. We have set out a new cache nearby, that will afford you the same great view, and a bit of history.

At this location, To Those Who Gave Their Lives For Freedom, you will find four four-digit numbers:ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP. ('KL' and 'AB' are two-digit numbers. If ABCD is 2698, AB is the number 26.) Take the present latitude. Add the two-digit number KL to it for the new latitude.Take the present longitude. Subtract (ABx2)-C from it for the new longitude.

Enjoy the view. Beware of muggles; they may come on you unseen. I'm told that the location may not be accessible during icy conditions. Plan accordingly.
