Dieser Cache ist das Gegenstück zu "Gecko goes alpine" (http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=93861) er liegt kurz vor dem nördlichen Ende/Anfang des Mindelheimer Kletterteigs. Er ist allerdings ohne Klettersteigerfahrung bzw. Klettersteigausrüstung zu erreichen.
This cache is the counterpart to "Gecko goes alpine" (http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=93861) it is lying on the northern end/start of the "Mindelheimer Klettersteig", but with this cache, no special climbing gear is necessary, but it remains an alpine cache.
Um zum Cache zu gelangen, parkt man sein Auto bei 47°21,165N / 010°15,791E (Talstation der Fellhornbahn), fährt mit der Bahn bis zur Mittelstation und wandert von dort ca. 3h bis zur Fiderepasshuette (2h einfach, letzte Stunde anspruchsvoll)
To get to the cache, you park your car at 47°21,165N / 010°15,791E (Valley-Station of the Fellhornbahn), get a lift up the mountain and start on the trail to the Fiderepasshuette. This trail takes about 3h, first 2h is easy, last hour is tough.
