This is on an island on which you are only allowed to land on by permit, therefore I have made it a virtual cache which can be scored from a hundred metres or so but hopefully cannot be viewed from land ( I am sure this will become apparent as people start to log it).The cache is on an island in the middle of portsmouth harbour, which was once used for gunnery practice, but was declared free of ordnance a few years ago and handed over to English Nature I believe and is now a sanctuary for nesting birds.To score this one I would like a picture of the object with yourself in the pic, possibly showing your mode of transport. I think this is fair seeing as the terrain rating is so high, and some people have been not playing strictly by the rules.
