Around these parts Santa Rosa is known as a Channel Island, a plum variant that ripens later in the season, and this one produced some very juicy plums 
and a very nice, scenic ride.
Up north it is a city, a county, a junior college and in Florida: another island. 
The only saint I’ve found of that name is Saint Rosa di Lima, Peru. 
But what does any of this have to do with a micro cache? A tiny little 35mm film canister? Well, that’s for you to figure out.
Hence the difficulty of this cache. I give it a terrain difficulty of 1.5 only because you’ll NOT want to park at the cache location. This is a dangerous spot to leave your vehicle. Park it down the road a bit so traffic (people fly down this section) can see you parked and avoid hitting you(r car).
The real difficulty lies in the fact that the cache is not visible... and must remain so. It is well hidden, inside of something having to do with Santa Rosa. That’s the puzzle.
