We have received a request to archive your Platform 9 3/4 cache page GCKCTV because crossing an active railroad track and trespassing on railroad company is required. There is also a needs archived log posted by a geocacher on August 7, 2009.

Since there are trespassing issues involved, the cache page is now archived.

Geocache Description:

An easy short cache at the Ostbahnhof in Vienna, hidden to abbreviate the waiting time for a train. It is the first of a series of caches in train stations in Vienna.

Ein einfacher kurzer Cache am Ostbahnhof, gedacht als Zeitvertreib beim Warten auf den Zug. Es ist der erste einer Reihe von Caches in Bahnhöfen in Wien.

Go to platform 9.
Walk along until it ends.
Turn right at the crossing and leave known world.
Go until you are near to a small house on a spinning top.
Approach it carefully.
Go to the shortest unused "road" leaving the spinning top.
Search on the left side (having the house in your back), between the first and second sleeper.

You have left all travellers behind you, but beware of the inhabitants of this other world!

Folge ihm bis zum Ende.
Biege beim Übergang rechts ab und verlasse die gewohnte (Bahnhofs-)Welt.
Nähere dich vorsichtig dem Haus auf dem Kreisel.
Finde den kürzesten "Weg" von diesem Haus weg.
Suche (aus Sicht des Hauses) auf der linken Seite, zwischen erster und zweiter Schwelle.
