Divine Comedy - Inferno is a series of geocaches inspired by Dante Alighieri's famous play, La Divina Commedia. Now it's staged in the city of Tampere! There is a cache for every Circle of Hell, and all of them try to adapt something from the original story. Most of the caches are categorized as mystery/puzzle caches, so often there is something more than meets the eye.?? Some caches are easier, some are more difficult. Most are just infernal.
Venturing through the different Circles of Hell you might need some equipment or tools like rope, calculator, light, wits, stick, rubber boots, guts, literature, pins, maps, luck. Maybe something more. Maybe less. You are not told which stuff you will be needing where, that might ruin the cache twist - if there is such. So be prepared to turn around and come back better equipped. This is Hell, it's NOT supposed to be fun! 
Based on the same twisted logic, some of the places these caches bring you to, can be quite hellish, and not necessarily suitable for the whole family.
Dante's guide in Hell, Virgil, might occasionally help you too. Just decipher his mumbling. Also those condemned in Hell can naturally help each other, but if you have made your way out of the Circle already, you'll be cursed if you help those still inside!

Divine Comedy - Inferno on Danten Alighierin kuuluun Jumalaiseen näytelmään, La Divina Commediaan pohjautuva geokätkösarja lavastettuna nyt Tampereelle! Jokaista Helvetin Kehää kohden on piilotettu kätkö, ja jokainen niistä on saanut vaikutteita taustatarinasta. Suurin osa kätköistä on luokiteltu mysteeri/arvoituskätköiksi, joten asiat eivät aina ole siten kuin ne aluksi vaikuttavat. Toiset kätköt ovat helpompia, toiset vaikeampia. Useimmat helvetillisiä, eivätkä siten välttämättä sopivia koko perheelle.
Vaeltaessasi Helvetin Kehien läpi saatat tarvita joitain varusteita tai työkaluja, kuten köyttä, laskinta, valoa (tavallista ja järjen), keppiä, kumisaappaita, sisua, kirjallisuutta, puikkoja, karttoja, onnea. Ehkä jotain muuta. Ehkä pärjäät ilman näitäkin. Et tiedä mitä tarvikkeita saatat tarvita milläkin kätköllä, koska se saattaa pilata kätkön jujun siihen paikkaan - jos sellaista on. Valmistaudu siis palaamaan paikalle paremmin varustautuneena. Tämä on Helvetti, siellä ei KUULUKAAN olla kivaa! Samaan kieroon logiikaan perustuen jotkut paikat, mihin joudut näitä kätköjä etsiessäsi saattavat olla varsin helvetillisiä.
Danten opas Helvetissä, Vergilius, saattaa auttaa ajoittain sinuakin, kunhan vain osaat tulkita hänen soperruksensa. Helvettiin tuomitut voivat tietysti auttaa myös toisiaan, mutta jos olet jo löytänyt tiesi ulos Kehältä, ollos kirottu, jos autat vielä sisällä olevia!

Limbo
This is the first level of Hell. Here, the virtuous non-Christians dwell. The shades that belong to this circle have not sinned, but are condemned to Hell because they have not been baptized or came before Christ's birth. Their punishment is having to live without ever seeing God. It's like eternal waiting room. Here dwells also poet Virgil, who'll join your trip through Hell, and he might be of help sometimes, if you just understand him.
The given coordinates bring you, sinner, to the front of the first-aid station of hospital in Tampere. The time people must spend there waiting to get health care can sometimes feel like an eternity. Although the first-aid station is representing the eternal waiting aspect of Limbo, the cache isn't there. Once you have found the center of Limbo in the area, go there, and halve the reward of Judas, and take as many Divine steps towards northnortheast - almost north. The cache is hidden out of sight somewhere there. The notion 'center of Limbo' is unambiguous, and can be interpreted without any tools. Note that there's another cache in the area. This Inferno cache adheres to the minimum distance guidelines between caches. You should be able to recognize it as an Inferno cache anyway once you find it.
Be warned not to enter any building in here! You won't find the cache, nor the way out of Limbo indoors. Be careful also not to reveal the cache location to the other condemned who might roam about.
Helvetin ensimmäisellä kehällä elävät hyveelliset pakanat. Tätää kehää asuttavat varjot eivät ole syntisiä, vaan heidät on tuomittu Helvettiin, koska heitä ei ole kastettu tai heidän aikansa on ollut ennen Kristuksen syntymää. Heidän rangaistuksensa on elämä näkemättä ikinä Jumalaa. Ikään kuin ikuisessa odotussalissa. Tällä kehällä majailee myös runoilija Vergilius, joka lähtee mukaasi matkalle Helvetin läpi, ja hän saattaa toisinaan olla sinulle avuksi, jos vain ymmärrät häntä.
Annetut koordinaatit tuovat sinut, syntisen, tamperelaisen sairaalan päivystysaseman eteen. Hoitoon pääsyn odotus saattaa toisinaan tuntua täällä ikuisuudelta. Vaikka itse ensiapuasema edustaa tässä Helvetin ensimmäistä kehää, kätkö ei ole siellä. Kun löydät alueelta Limbon keskipisteen, kulje sinne, puolita Juudaksen palkkiosumma ja ota se määrä Jumalaisia askelia pohjoiskoilliseen - lähes pohjoiseen. Kätkö on silmiltä piilossa jossain siellä. Käsite 'Limbon keskipiste' on yksiselitteinen, eikä sen tulkitsemiseen tarvita mitään välineitä. Huomaa, että alueella on toinenkin kätkö. Tämä infernokätkö noudattaa kahden kätkön välisiä minimietäisyyssuosituksia. Tunnistat sen kyllä muutenkin helvettikätköksi, kun sen löydät.
Älä astu täällä minkään rakennuksen sisään! Kätkö - saati ulospääsy Helvetin kehältä - ei löydy sisätiloista. Varo myös paljastamasta kätköä alueella mahdollisesti harhaileville muille tuomituille.
