This is the final cache in the mini-series 'Fables, Myths and
Legends'. The coordinates above are for the suggested car park
which has picnic tables and public toilets.

Once you have found the cache, take a moment to admire the view.
To the East you can see Castell Dinas Bran sitting atop a hill
behind Llangollen. One legend suggests that Josephus, son of Joseph
of Arimathea who brought the Holy Grail to Wales used it to cure a
King of leprosy and that in return the castle was built to house
the Grail.
Very close by is Valle Crucis Abbey. Excavations at this abbey
suggest that it was built on a much older site that is rumored to
have Arthurian connections.
Further around to the West and also not far away is the Pillar
of Eliseg. The name of King Vortigern was inscribed on this pillar.
Vortigern formed an alliance with the Saxons that ultimately led to
war with them. King Arthur's legendary father Uthyr Pendragon
killed Vortigern for his treachery.
