Should be an easy find. Please bring your own pen. Use caution when walking around the old barn area and the nearby rocks in warmer seasons as rattlesnakes can be found here. When I was here scouting for the new location for this cache, there was a deer about thirty feet away snacking on the plants.
UPDATE: May 16, 2007. Because the old hide had been muggled two or three times, I moved the replacement cache to a new location. It remains identical to the old hide though. The cache is now slightly bigger (Altoids tin) and starts with a new logsheet, a couple of zombies and a few plastic beads.
Update October 2007: Thanks to John Darrance (STP Park Interpreter) and our own GBA diplomatic envoy Sammydee for pointing out that you can get a De Anza Trail stamp for your National Park passport book at the barn here on Fridays and Saturdays.
Congratulation to DeafPower for being the 500th finder of this cache on 9/30/17.
