Swinley Forest is an area of Windsor Forest, owned and managed by The Crown Estate, comprising 2600 acres of mainly Scots Pine woodland. It is located between Bracknell and Bagshot to the west of the A322. The forest is a popular waking/cycling area. Free parking is always available. A children's play area, bicycle hire, shop and cafe is located at the Look Out.
The coordinates given are not of the cache itself, but the recommended parking site
at the Look Out Discovery Centre, off Nine Mile Ride to the north of Swinley Forest.
The hunt will take you on a round trip of about 4 miles - depending on which of the many trails you take!
The cache is a regular ammo box.
A little preparation is required before going on site to locate the cache...
