Happy Birthday America! We enjoyed placing this cache here. It is a beautiful place, and any direction you look you can see mountain peaks. We could name the following peaks: Babbit, Castle, Lady Bug, Verdi, Martis and Mt. Rose Peaks. Crystal Peak Mine and Dog Valley can also be seen. How many peaks did we miss? Let us know.We rode ATVs close to the cache, then took a short hike. A four wheel drive is recommended to get close to the cache but, a short hike is required. It may be impossible in a vehicle in the winter due to the snow. Elevation is approx. 7200 ft.This cache is an ammo tube.
