Best place to park is at the Ramapo Valley Reservation parking lot on route 202 in Mahwah. These ruins are very close to the Yellow/Silver trail. NYNJTC trail map #22 could come in handy.
Please re-hide it in as natural looking manner as possible. This spot gets a lot of visitors who like to explore.
Note: There is no parking at the end of Bear Swamp Road, but you may be able to find a spot at a turnout on 202 and walk up Bear Swamp Road from there.
