Here’s yet another reason to take a hike on the Santa Rosa Trail, or hike up to Montclef Ridge from the Mesa Trail.
Other caches you may wish to seek on this hike are Santa Rosa Trail Spur, Squeaky Devil, Full Moon Buck, Wildwood Minarets Travel Bug Resort, Boulder Gate, and possibly "a somewhat evil, annoying, rotten, confounded hide". Maybe In Theory is also up here somewhere but I can’t figure that puzzle out.
Parking for the Santa Rosa Trail is best at N 34° 13.658 W 118° 53.875
Cache container was a small oval candy tin in a former life. Contents when placed were a few trinkets and a log book.
