La cache è nascosta in un’opera militare parzialmente in rovina ma di una certa suggestione che si trova a 2100 mt di altitudine. Il posto è molto bello ma facilmente raggiungibile solo d’estate (in auto fino a poche centinaia di metri poi a piedi). Se ci volete andare d’inverno dovete munirvi di un paio di sci da fondo e camminare due ore.
Dal sito della cache si gode di una vista stupenda sul colle del Moncenisio e sull’omonimo lago.E’ bello anche aggirarsi nelle stanze del forte ed immaginare come doveva essere la vita d’inverno in quel posto.La cache è un contenitore di plastica ermetico che contiene:2 soldatini 1 boccettina di vetro1 macchinina1 matita1 log book. The cache is hidden inside a fortresse situated on the italy/france border. The place is accessible by car + 10 min. walk during summer, but in winter can be reached only with skis after two hours walk (from Italy). From the cache's site you can have a great sightseen on the Col du Mont Cenis and on the omonimus dam. Going around in the fortress's rooms you may immagin how the soldiers life was during that times. The cache is a plastic box with logbook and various.
