This cache is accessible by boat only. It is located on Washburn Island in Waquoit Bay (Falmouth). Parking is available at White's Landing.
YUP the Flock went kayak camping this weekend. Great spot with only a few campsites. For you outdoor enthusiasts who thought that you remembered everything for your camping excusion or day at the beach, it's Campin Cache! This cache is loaded with all kinds of things that you might have forgotten: camp soap, small citronella candle, compass, whistle, hand sanitizer (because there is no running water on the island and only 2 outhouses), Coleman lantern mantles, waterproof matches, 2 rain ponchos, a small utensil set, 45' of poly cord, and a glowstick. This was a cool trip, we highly recommend you visit this site (don't think you can swim to it though, Waldenrun). Link to island site: www.waquoitbayreserve.org
