Kätkö sijaitsee Kirjalansalmen sillan läheisyydessä. Se on Paraisten ensimmäinen kätkö, vaikkakin hyvin lähellä Kaarinan rajaa.
The cache is located near the bridge of Kirjalansalmi. It is first cache in Parainen, even if it is located very near the border of Kaarina.
Kirjalansalmen silta on rakennettu vuonna 1963. Se on Suomen pisin riippusilta ja sen jänneväli on 220m. Jänneväliltään se on Suomen kolmanneksi suurin Raippaluodon- ja Kärkistensalmen siltojen jälkeen. Sillalta avautuu kaunis näköala Kirjalansalmelle. Ole varovainen kätkön läheisyydessä eteenkin sateella. Kannattaa ottaa onki mukaan!
The bridge of Kirjalansalmi was built in 1963. It is the longest suspension bridge in Finland, it has a span of 220m thus being the third longest bridge in Finland after the bridges of Raippaluoto and Kärkistensalmi. From the bridge there's a nice view over the straits of Kirjala. Be careful near the cache, especially when it is raining. Bring your fishing rod along!
