Geocache Description:

The second in the series of caches with a "water's edge" theme. This is a peaceful area on a calm day. Access to the cache site involves some awkward scrambling over rocks and will be easier when the tide is low and the rock dry.

Some of the features threaded through on the way to the secret beach are worth the effort!

The waypoint is not the cache location - to obtain this you need to find Part 1 of the Water Margin Series (GCJNT3).

It will probably be better to park at the waypoint and walk down. The most pleasant short approach is to park in Baldrine village then walk down Garwick Glen to the beach: or even catch the electric train from Douglas to Baldrine station and walk down from there. Even though it is possible to drive all the way down to the beach, the track is tricky and steep, and the surface is poor with a sharp bend.
The cache is an ammo box suspended inside the hiding place - you'll only see the cord which holds it in place.
Original contents were:

Water Margin collectors cards (6)
Canadian Geocoin
Camel keyring
Fishing lure
Geocaching keyring

Please replace the box carefully.

GPS reception could be difficult - the co-ordinates should get you close, but to help you - the hiding place is just off the path on the landward side and is hidden by ivy.
