At the posted coordinates you should find two different signs, a Bronze plaque and a green metal sign. To get the coordinates for the second stage and the cache container you will need to do a little simple arithmetic.
Latitude: On the green sign there is a phone number. Forget about the first four numbers and place a decimal point in front of the last three numbers. Then divide the last three numbers by two and add .002 to the result. Finally, subtract this final three number result from the decimal portion of the North coordinate above.
Longitude: On the bronze plaque there are three years mentioned. Add the three years together and divide the sum by 43. Discard any fractional numbers, place a decimal point in front of the three number result, and subtract the result from the minutes portion of the West coordinate above.
Then go and find this smallish but not Micro sized container, and have fun!
