The cache is in the Loesell Field Laboratory on Golfside Road. The woods are owned by Eastern Michigan University. This cache can be reached by AATA on the 7, it is a short walk from the route stop at Golfside. The official woods entrance and parking area can be found on Golfside road at N 42 15.338 W 83 39.646
This is a pleasant walk in the woods. When you come to the split in the trail, it does not matter which way you go as they join back together before the cache, however, going to the left will take you across a boardwalk through the swamp (highly recommended). If you take the trail to the right, you will avoid the steep hills on each end of the boardwalk. The cache is about 1/3 mile from the parking area and is an easy walk. There are a LOT of trees here and getting good satellite reception may be tricky. The cache is in an 8x12 Lock-n-Lock container and is a typical cache hide.
