Nice and easy trip on right bank of Idrijca. It's simple offset cache.
After two difficult caches (Mercury mystery and 5castles), here's one easy. It's 2 or moe hours walk throug wonderful nature. It's reachable by bike also (follow the instructions below).
Coordinates points you to the parking place near Divje jezero. Walk by the road and find marked trail on left side of the road, which points you uphill to the "Pevc". Follow the trail. It's marked with red/white sign, which is used in Slovenia to mark trails.
After less than hour steep walk route will came out of the wood. There you will find small water dyke with 1,5m high house protecting the well. Location is (aproximatelly!!!) 45° 58.4N, 14° 1.8E Read the year written on this house. To have easier job, I added a photo of that house with blurred number. You'll have to walk anyway.
Now calculate the final coordinates:
first, divide the year by 10000: X = Year/10000 (e.g.: if the year is 1632, you will get 0.1632).
Final coordinates are:
N 45° 58.2811 - X
E 14° 0.1067 + X
Now follow the signs to get out of the woods. You will get to small vilage Idrijski Log. Turn right (45° 57.6684N, 14° 2.1708E) in that village, go all the way to the end of the valley and take short ascent on the road. On crossing (45° 57.1395N, 14° 0.7613E), follow the direction Idrijska Bela. You will then find the cache very easy.
Another option to find the cache is by bike. You can start at same parking place and ride back to main road Godovic-Idrija. Just before the bridge, turn right (45° 59.2099N 14° 1.8888E) and follow direction Idrijski Log/Crni vrh. After several serpentines (and about 6km), you will reach village Idrijski Log. At first crossing in the vilage (45° 57.6875N 14° 2.2432E) turn right and after about 100m turn right (45° 57.6684N, 14° 2.1708E) once again. Then follow the signs to the Pevc (few houses). About 50m below Pevc is small water house. Then calculate coordinates and return to Idrijski Log. Follow the macadam road to Idrijska Bela and find cache. Return to the paking place through Idrijska Bela.
Please be careful at cache location. It's hidden behind the rock and the area is precipitous. There are some trees and no need for climbing gear, but anyway, be aware not to fall. This is just for the final micro-location of the cache. All other area is nice and also suitable for kids. Bike tour is about 18km.
