It's not really
the first cache in Uzbekistan but when we prepared it the other
cache, the "Silk Road to Andijon" not yet existed in the
table.

Note on cache
maintenance: There is no problem with serving the cache
location. I have connections to the Samarkand State Institute
of Foreign Languages. There are students who will do this job
if necessary.
