Mediterranean Avenue is a part of the Monopolize Your Time Series. Located in Governor Nelson State Park. A State Park Sticker is required. Hours are 6 am-11 pm. Dogs are allowed on leashes. This cache is dedicated to Furry Murray, Mad Dog Madison, Gaelin, Toby, Wicket, and Dusty. All of the Geodogs that we have had the opportunity to cache with. Hope they enjoy the area as much as we do. When I placed the cache there was an incredible view of the capitol, and there were many Trumpeter Swans that welcomed me to the area. This area is a treat that not many people take advantage of!A Special Thank You goes out to the State Park Manager Renee for granting permission and being so willing to work with the WGA!Monopolize your Time is a Series that will bring you around the game board by finding caches of all of the regular properties. As a rule, the containers get smaller as you go farther around the board (ie Mediterranean will be a reg size where Park Place will be a smaller micro). The bonus Boardwalk cache will be a regular sized container to celebrate that you made it all of the way around the board!Congatulations to Madison Joe for completing the series first...he is now known as the Monopolize Your Time Series champion!This series is placed in an effort to bring cachers to some of our favorite areas in the Dane county and bordering areas.
