Geocache Description:

This cache is located near one of the two 400m summits of Stapeley Hill in South Shropshire. The cache is well hidden on the exposed hillside.

The cache is a medium sized tupperware container. The location is best approached from the Mitchell's Fold Car park at 52° 34.551N 003° 01.829W. It is an easy stroll of about a mile up to Stapeley Hill. Mitchell's Fold Stone circle is passed on the way to the cache. Legend has it that the circle was used by a giant cow that gave never-ending amounts of milk until tricked by a witch. On a good day there are great views across into Powys and South Shropshire. The Stipestones can be seen clearly on the neighbouring ridge.
