This cache is located in the Donaupark close to the famous Donauturm (Danube Tower)
Starting coordinates are (as stated in the header):

You should stand close to the tower. On a sign you can get information when this park was opened. Record the year.
Next, go to:

You will see a statue. Record the year of the guy when he was born.
