Geocache Description:

Traditional cache in one of the birdwatching hot spots of Valkeakoski.

Perinteinen kätkö yhdellä parhaista lintuharrastuspaikoista Valkeakoskella.

The cache is located in Linnastenvuori (Mount Linnanen). From the top of the hill there is a good view to surrounding areas, which makes the place ideal for watching migrating birds. The nearby fields are the first places in spring, where the migratory birds rest and feed.

Kätkö on Linnastenvuorella. Mäen päältä on hyvät näkymät ympäristöön, minkä vuoksi se on erinomainen paikka lintujen muutonseurantaan. Lähipellot ovat ensimmäisiä paikkoja keväällä, missä muuttolinnut ruokailevat ja lepäilevät.
