Located in Goldsmiths Inlet County Park in Peconic NY. Easy hike on
clearly defined trails with great views of the Sound if you
continue a few hundred feet further along the trail.
Parking is a small pulloff on the side of Soundview Ave. This is
the trailhead location also. This parking spot is a little
precarious as it is right past a blind curve in the road. You'll
see what I mean when you get there but I suggest opening your car
window and listen for cars before pulling out. There isn't much
traffic on that road but it's still a tricky spot if there is.
Cache is a sandwich sized Rubbermaid container with a logbook,
pencil, and a few small trade items. Parking Lat: 41° 03.253 Long:
