This cache is hidden in the La Norma ski area (France) . It can easily be found during winter time when you are skiing in this area, but also if you like walking during other seasons.
La Gotcha-Musk cache
Cette cache est cachée dans le région de La Norma. On peut la trouver simplement en skiant pendant l’hiver, mais aussi en se promenant pendant les autres saisons.
You have to visit 1 place before you can trace the hidden cache.
I decided to describe 2 routes, since it took such a long time before the cache was discovered for the first time.
First : the SHORT route. You should be able to walk to the cache and back within 1 hour.
WP1a: Gotcha Bar
Start at : N 45 12.077 E 006 41.795
You should be in front of a bar. Read the 2 digit number on the wall. This number = e
Calculate : x = (e * 20) + 38
Go to the cache at :
N 45.1x

Second: the LONG route, which requires about half a day:
The distance between the 2 locations is 1.6 km (straight line). Walking or skiing will be a bit longer. The height difference is 300m.
WP1 : The bear
Start at
N 45 11.901
E 6 43.161
Be careful ! A bear is in your neighbourhood. If the bar is open, you can have a drink or a meal at this area before you start your journey.
Take note of the 4 digit number that is on the wooden sign above the entrance door.
Add 78 to this number. The result is abcd
You can now walk – ski – drive – run to the cache location.

Il faut d'abord visiter une seule position avant de pouvoir rechercher la cache.
Il ya 2 possibilités pour trouver la cache :
1) route courte : +/- 1 heure pour trouver la cache et retourner :

Vous ètes devant un bar. Prenez le numéro de 2 chiffres sur le mur. Le numéro = e
Calculez : x = (e * 20) + 38
La cache se trouve à :

2) Route longue : (demi jour)
La distance entre les deux emplacements est de +/- 1.6 km. (à vol d'oiseau) . En marchant où en skiant, c’est un peu plus loin.
La dénivélation est de 300m.

Sois prudent ! Il y a un ours près de toi.
Là vous avez la possibilité de boire un verre où de manger quelque chose avant de partir.
Notez le nombre qui est sur la planche au-dessus de la porte d’entrée. (4 chiffres)
Ajoutez 78. Le résultat , c’est ‘abcd’ .

De Gotcha-Musk cache
Deze cache bevindt zich in het skigebied van La Norma. Ze is eenvoudig te vinden als je in deze buurt op skivakantie bent, maar ook als je graag wandelt tijdens de andere seizoenen.
Alvorens naar de cache op zoek te gaan dien je eerst nog een andere locatie te bezoeken.
Er zijn 2 mogelijkheden om de cache te vinden: een korte en een lange route.
1.de korte route. (1 uur tot aan de cache en terug)

Je staat voor een bar. Aan de gevel hangt een 2-cijferig getal. Dit getal noemen we ‘
Bereken : x = (e * 20) + 38
De cache bevindt zich op:
N 45.1x E 6 41.905

2. de lange route (halve dag)
De afstand tussen beide locaties is 1.6 km in rechte lijn. Al skiënde of al wandelende zal je echter een wat grotere afstand moeten afleggen. Het hoogteverschil tussen beide punten is 300 meter.
WP1 : de Grote Beer
Wees voorzichtig. Op deze locatie bevind je je dicht bij een beer. Je hebt hier de kans om de innerlijke mens te versterken vooraleer je aan de tocht begint.
Noteer het getal (4 cijfers) dat zich op het houten bord boven de ingangsdeur bevindt.
Tel hier ‘78’ bij op en noem het resultaat ‘abcd’
WP2 : de cache !
