This webcam cache is located in Pullman, Washington. I have given it a "2" for difficulty, as you will need a friend to save your picture. We are celebrating 10 years in operation!

To score this one, you need to stand in front of the camera, holding up your GPS receiver. Have a friend (got a cell phone?) get on the web page and save the picture. Then upload the image to this cache page. Alternatively, you can use a laptop with cellular modem hook-up to get online from the cache site and save your picture yourself (my prefered method).
Please have your GPSr or a sign with your geocache name clearly displayed to get credit. Have fun, and enjoy Pullman!
