There were two cheerfull characters associated with the Isle of Man immortalized in bronze, now they are one.
The co-ordinates give the location of a smiling toothy musical comedian. .
In order to claim this cache, e-mail the`answers to the following questions:-
1] Name the upright fellow, and are all his visible buttons done up properly? If not, how many not buttoned?
2] What clothing is dressed in?
Although this is a Virtual Cache, it is physically possible to possible to visit the site locartion.
