Cache at the top of Borah Peak, Idaho's highest point @ 12,662 ft.
Small Tupperware container. Cache is tucked underneath a boulder (on the downhill side!) about 30 yards down the south ridge from the summit log box. Will require stepping of the peak of the ridge to view the boulder from the downhill side (can be quite un-nerving for some).
Original contents include the log, a cheap magnifying glass, some rubber bugs and a plastic army figure. Room for additional objects is limited. Bring small items for trade.
The route to the top of Mt. Borah is a brutally steep, but rewarding, hike/scramble. Leave early, bring plenty of food/water, and appropriate clothing. Must be comfortable with scrambling in areas with significant exposure. A great adventure!!
