The cache is located around the summit of Putterri, in Aralar natural area . In the heart of the basque country
This is a regular cache placed at the top of putterri. This summit is at the west side of Aralar a natural park in the heart of the basque country.
The best way to reach the cache is from Lizarrusti, where the river crosses the road, you will see red signals. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to reach the summit.
It is also possible to go from Guardetxe in Aralar or from Arbizu.
Great views of Sakana valley to the south . All around are the higuest bask mountains, San Donato and Aitzgorri, Irumugarrieta.
A very interisting point is that the south face of putterri is plenty of Tejos, a very old tree rarely seen in other parts of the basque country
The cache is a 20 * 10 cm red Tupper and contains:
A camera
A Zippo lighter
Magnetic games,
A Perforator
