This is an often-seen but little-visited corner of the Sand Lake
community, where just to the west Taiya used to get her exercise
almost every evening chasing a frisbee...
This should be an easy find even if it snows three feet thanks to
the tree cover (although it's not up in the trees!). The previous
cache container and log were taken, but a new ammocan is in place
with lots of neat contents. Keep the container well-camouflaged so
it doesn't get muggled again!
ANCHORAGE VISITOR? HERE'S A HINT: If you're carless and cacheless
in Anchorage and want to grab an easy cache, take the #7
PeopleMover bus to the corner of Jewel Lake Rd and Collin Way. Nice
short walk from there... just follow your GPSr and enjoy the
scenery!
