Cache-tech:

As there's been no communication from the cache owner, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Thank you

Geocache Description:

This Cache is Located on the Trail to Stanleyville, which begins at the Lomond Campground on the scenic west coast of Newfoundland.

This Cache is Located on the Trail to Stanleyville. The Trail begins at the Day use area in the Lomond Campground on the scenic West coast of Newfoundland. The view of the mountains is incredible. At the beginning of the trail be sure to grab a bucket of sand to help with the building of the trail! :) Follow the trail along past the waterfalls, and up the many steps. The cache is located a third of the way along the trail in a black cyclinder tube, with screw off ends. If you continue along the trail it takes you to the small logging community of Stanleywille active in the early 1900's.

This cache is named because of a Woodpecker known as a Flicker drumming on the tree when we placed the cache.

At the time of Placing the cache it contained:
Notebook & Pencil with Eraser.
2 Dinosaurs
1 Tea light
1 Parashute man
1 Eraser
1 Polished hemotite nugget
1 Geode
1 Rose Quartz

Happy Hunting, Hope you enjoy the Hike and the Incredible view of the Mountains.
