Geocache Description:

It's at a height of 820m so it's a fair old hike, in the shadow of Snowdon.

It's at least 4.5 km from the car park at Pen-Y-Pass on the A4086.
The cache is a green ammo box with Geocache badly stenciled on the side. Was going to put in a camara but forgot. Any nice obliging soul like to rectify my mistake.
If you are coming by car in peak season, get to the car park early it fills up very quickly. I believe there is a bus service but I don't know where it comes from. Probably Llanberis direction.
Wear a good pair of boots, with a waterproof, and appropraite mountain walking gear. Although the track is like a motorway in places with lots of people, it is still a mountain and the weather can turn quickly. Be careful when finding this, if your climbing rock faces, or jumping old mine workings your making to much of a meal of it!!
