YLLÄPITOTIEDOTE - MAINTENANCE NOTE
11.7.2018:
Huoltokäynnillä en löytänyt purkkia ja kysely paljasti, että se on siirtynyt paikaltaan, mutta avarakatseisuudella löydettävissä. Älkää siis etsikö tarkoista naateista vaan tulkitkaa vihjettä väljästi. Yritän tulevana viikonloppuna paiakta tilanteen.
25.9.2016:
- Kätkön paikka on vapautunut taas käyttöön ja siellä on uusi purkki. Olkaa varovaisia purkin käsittelyssä - kannen kierteet eivät kestä voimaa ja väärälle jengalle laittaminen tekee siitä äkkiä pystykierteen.
Laita purkki sijoituspaikan "metsänpuoleiseen" reunaan, jotta sen jästinäkyvyys minimoituu.
- A new vcontainer in the old location. Avoid use of strength, the cap of the container is not too strong. Return the container to the "off road" side of the location to minimise the possibility for the mugglers to see it.
26.4.2015:
- Uusi purkki vanhalla paikalla. Olkaa tarkkana palauttaessanne purkkia paikalleen, jotta suunta ja sijainti säilyvä entisellään. Varmistu myös, että pyäreän purkin asento on sellainen, että ppurkki jää "tukevasti" paikalleen.
- New container in old location. Be careful while returning the container to make sure the position and orientation is the same as originally. Please pay attention to the rotational position to be sure teh container will stay "steady".

Step 1:
Coordinates for this step have been given above. You will see a bear nearby. On how many legs does the bear stand? Let this number be A. Coordinates for step two are: N61 52.xxx, E025 11.yyy where
xxx=20*A-47 and
yyy=185*A + 210
Remember: here and later on we use three desimals - if you get a result less than 100, add leading zeros to get a three digit desimal portion. If your result exeeds 999, check it.
Step 2:
There is a pole with a plate on it. Read the text in the plate. Number B is the amount of letters in the longest word. Coordinates to the step 3 are:
N61 52.xxx, E025 11.yyy where
xxx= B+4 and
yyy=55*B.
Step 3:
Here is a memorial stone. C is the most common digit in the stone. D is the difference of the years in the plate of step 2. The coordinates for step 4 are :
N61 51.xxx, E025 10.yyy where
xxx= D*D+B-1 and
yyy= 2*B*D-81
Step 4:
The final step requires a bit longer movement than the previous ones but it is within a reasonable walking distance. The location of the cache is quite obvious.
I ask you to leave the container inside the structure to avoid too clear visibility from some directions.
In the final location there is a good view to the river.
Be careful while reaching the container to avoid accidental opening. Np power needed but a firm grip will support the cap.
Snow will not cover the cache.

Vaihe 4:
Viimeiseen kohteeseen pääseminen edellyttää aiempia pidempää siirtymää, mutta paikka on hyvin tavoitettavissa kävellen. Kätkön sijainti on melko ilmeinen.
Pyydän jättämään purkin huolellisesti rakenteiden sisään, jottei se näkyisi muihin(kaan) suuntiin.
Purkkia ottaessai varo, ettei se vahingossa avaudu. Voimaa ei tarvita, mutta luja ote tukee kantta.
Lumi ei kätköä peitä.
Kätkön lähistöltä on hyvä näkymä joelle.
