Since KD the Wonderdog couldn't come Up Around the Bend, she trusted her 2 footed friends to place this cache for her. Unless you can Walk on the Water you'll hafta to paddle your way down the Manistee River in the Manistee National Forest. Before You Accuse Me of rating it too high, I followed Groundspeak's suggested ratings. But I also thought that canoes and kayaks are common enough (at least here in Northern MI) to only warrant a 4 star, however the paddle itself is about 4 hours from start to finish, so be prepared. ;-p You won't need to be Tearing Up the Country to get here, but do stop and have lunch!
