The aim of this cache is to introduce the southern archipelago of Puumala. The given coordinates lead to the ferry of Hätinvirta. The road to Lintusalo and Luukkola branches off from the main road 62 at one kilometre from bridge “Saimaansilta” in the direction of Imatra. The road to the archipelago branches off from this road after six kilometres, the signpost points to “Lintusalo, Niinisaari”. The distance from this crossroads to the ferry is less than one kilometre. The official road ends at point, having coordinates: N 61° 24.177’ E 028° 02.673’. There is a plaque by the side of the road having text: ”Yleinen tie päättyy”. The cache is set on an island having name Hiidensaari. The coordinates of the cache are N 61° 24.350’ E 028° 03.979 + 10*X, where X is number of islands from the ferry to the endpoint of the official road, that the road connects. There are bridges and embankments between the islands. Plastic cache box is lying between boulders under a block of stone. I put in the cache the travel bug Hiisi, a golf ball and a coin of ten lire. A logbook, pen and sharpener are there too. This is the home cache of Hiisi.Tämän kätkön tarkoitus on esitellä Puumalan eteläistä saaristoa. Annetut koordinaatit vievät Hätinvirran lossille. Yleinen tie päättyy paikassa, jonka koordinaatit ovat: N 61° 24.177’ E 028° 02.673’. Tien vierellä on kyltti: ”Yleinen tie päättyy”. Kätkö sijaitsee Hiidensaaressa. Sen koordinaatit ovat: N 61° 24.350’ E 028° 03.979 + 10*X, jossa X on niiden saarten lukumäärä, jotka tie lossilta yleisen tien päättymiskohtaan yhdistää. Saarten välillä on siltoja sekä penkereitä. Muovinen kätkölaatikko on siirtolohkareiden välissä kivenlohkareen alla. Laitoin kätköön travel bug Hiiden, golfpallon ja kymmenen liiran kolikon. Tämä on Hiiden kotikätkö.
