Bicentennial Nature Park
(off Route 3 in Augusta)

11am to 4pm (or whenever we leave)
This Park recently opened to the public in May 2003. Just tell them that you are part of the “geocaching crew” and they will direct you to which way you should go.
Fees are $2 per adult per day, and $1 for kids ages 5 to 17 and seniors over 65. A family pass is $6.
A $2 launching fee is charged per canoe or kayak, so bring ‘em if you got ‘em!
Bring your own meat or Tofu pups to grill, but bring along a dish, salad, and dessert to share. Other ideas are: paper plates, napkins, cups, utensils, condiments, sodas, and garbage bags (for clean up) for those that cannot cook. If you are interested in attending could you post a note. Also e-mail us, please, and let us know what you plan to bring so we don’t have duplicates. Keep watching to see how many plan to attend so we have enough to eat.
There are several trails for our use (and 3 new caches to be found!!) as well, as swimming, kayaking and a play area for the kids.
The caches will be placed in the morning so we all have a change to be first, but the caches will remain there after we have left for other people that cannot attend.
