The structure found nearby was spared General W. T. Sherman's
torch (three times) due to the Masonic Hall that is located on the
third floor (in continuous monthly use since the late 1850s) and
the building's temporary use as a hospital in 1863. There is
another interesting statue behind the building at the old fire
station.
Located in the Josh Halbert Gardens, a public park, a small
challenge to locate and still be discreet. Please bring a pen to
sign the log sheet. The log sheet is found by pulling the plug in
the bottom of the container, gently of course. Place your comments
