This is an offset cache with multiple waypoints. A sighting compass is useful but not essential. It will be necessary to project waypoints and, perhaps, take back-bearings.
From Waypoint 1, with the above coordinates, take a compass bearing on the center of the visible water tower. If you don't have a precision compass, this bearing can be found by using the encrypted hint. The bearing from Waypoint 1 to Waypoint 2 is 13 degrees less than the bearing from Waypoint 1 to the tower. Project a waypoint along this bearing for .61 miles to get Waypoint 2. At Waypoint 2, you will see the number 20266 on a tall brown object. Another number having three digits is also on that object. Double the three digit number and add to it the answer to the question, from the Douglas Adams book, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, "What is the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything?" The resulant sum is the bearing to Waypoint 3. Waypoint 3 lies 1.27 miles along this bearing and is located in an extremely flat, inaccessible area. Waypoint 4 has exactly the same elevation as Waypoint 3. It is on a bearing of 337 degrees from Waypoint 3 and is at the last point which maintains the constant elevation. About 30 paces beyond Waypoint 4 is a red concrete slab with several metal poles planted in it. Attached to the corner pole closest to Waypoint 4 is a strip of blue plastic tape with the minute portions of the latitude and longitude of the final cache location. The degree portions are the same as for all other waypoints in this trek.
All bearings are referenced to true north. If your compass is not adjustable, add 4 degrees to the magnetic bearing to compensate for the declination in Sugar Land.
The final cache container is an ammo box. It is near a tree which has been gnawed on by a beaver or some other ferocious rodent. With such spectacular animals, this must be a safari.
