This virtual cache is located by the Cristo de la Concordia statue on a hill overlooking Cochabamba, Bolivia.
This is a great place to go either day or night. You can see the statue from almost anywhere in the city. By day, there's a great view of the valley and mountains surrounding Cochabamba. At night, the light display from the city is breath-taking.
The terrain is rated a 1.5 simply because of the altitude (9,500'). You can take the tram to ride to the top or hire a taxi. If your athletic, hike to the top. Once you're on the top, the rest is easy.
The coordinates lead you to a plaque showing different statistics for the statue. To get credit for the cache, take a picture of yourself with your GPS from the coordinates shown, either with the plaque or witht he statue in the background. No pictures from farther away.
