Jose Gaspar, the Geocaching Pirate of Tampa Bay, has hidden a large treasure chest full of booty in Picnic Island park in Tampa.

Before finding the treasure, you must first find his map.  That's right, a real treasure map, with all of the clues needed to locate the treasure chest on it.

All pirate treasure chests are sealed tight with a lock, and this one is no different.

This Jose Gaspar treasure chest is locked with a combination lock.  After finding the map, you'll use it to locate three GeoTag clues in Picnic Island that are needed lead you to the chest and the combination to open it.

There are three phases to this adventure.  The coordinates above start the first phase.

Visit this page for more Phase I information.
