This is the first cache in Anjalankoski / Tämä on Anjalankosken ensimmäinen kätkö.
There is a legend that says King Gustav III of Sweden was following the battle between Swedish and Russian armies in 1788 somewhere on this hill. The Kymi River was the border between these two countries at that time. Though no accurate location is known, there are several places that would provide a good view towards the river. Such a spot is known as a King's Seat. You're welcome to choose your favorite spot, for me it has always been N60°41.591' E26°48.418'. Do not try this spot in winter.
The cache is a one kilogram candy box.
Initially this cache contains the following items:

- yo-yo with lights and sound
- hattifattener toy (a Moomin character)
- reflector

Perimätiedon mukaan Ruotsinvallan aikana kuningas Kustaa III seurasi tältä kukkulalta (Kirkkovuori) Ruotsin ja Venäjän välistä sotaa vuonna 1788. Valtakunnan raja kulki tuohon aikaan Kymijoessa. Kukkulalla on useita mahdollisia paikkoja eikä tarkaa sijaintia ole tiedossa, mutta paikkaa on kutsuttu Kuninkaanistuimeksi. Voit valita mieleisesi tähystyspaikan, minulle se on aina ollut N60°41.591' E26°48.418', mutta älä yritä tätä paikkaa talvella.
