Geocache Description:

The Triple "C" (Camo Carver Cache) is located in Carver Lake Park which is a little know park that has a beach (so bring the kids!) in Woodbury, MN. There are paved hiking trails from the parking lots so the terrain is easy. It about .2 miles from the parking lot.

I'm giving the Overall Difficulty a 3 as the cache container is a waterproof 4" PVC pipe, 16" in length, that is painted camouflage colors: green, black, and tan. The end cap that unscrews may be a little hard to turn, but it can be opened. If you find the cache, please re-tighten the cap so it stays waterproof.

The park is located near I494 & Lake Road. Go east off of I494 on to Lake, then take Courtly Road south, then go east on Century Ave. You'll see the Carver Lake sign on the left about 1/2 mile down Century. *Update: on 10-18-13* I did some cache maintenance today. I cleaned out the threads on the container and lid and lubricated. This should help with opening the lid. Replaced the contents including a new bag and log book and cleaned out inside of container. I also attached a channel lock pliers to the outside to assist in opening since that was the #1 issue with the cache. Please make sure the lid is tight to keep the water out and do not remove or take the pliers. Please do not try to use any tools to pry open the lid as it only unscrews. Someone had tried that and messed up part of the threads leading to water leakage.
