Geocache Description:

To reach Wadi Digla, take Road 216 East from Maadi Digla and follow the blue signs to the Wadi Digla Protectorate. The cache is an easy ten-minute walk from the main gate at the entrance. Take one of the hiking/bike trails that point in the general direction to quickly exit the wadi floor. There is small elevation change en route, but just enough to make it seem challenging. If your child can read the GPS, they can find this cache.

A cache just for kids! (And those that are kid enough to put no a big nose and fake glasses!) This is a toy exchange cache. Bring other toys or games to trade. There is also one set of fake glasses with attached nose, which I hope you try on, but don?t remove from the cache.

Please use the disposable camera to take your picture when you find the cache. At least one person in your group must be wearing the fake glasses and nose in the picture. Once all the pictures are exposed then I?ll post all of your funny pictures at this geocaching site.

Be sure you take your parents with you. Never cache alone. Also bring water to drink and snacks to eat while you are hunting. The cache container is a 15 cm X 20 cm X 30 cm metal box. Hide the cache better then you found it. Please help reduce the amount of trash found in the Wadi. Cache in - Trash out!

I had fun setting this cache and I hope you have fun finding it!

PS - I offer a special thanks to Ballerina who has lent some of her ideas for great kid?s caches to utilize in this first Cairo Kids Cache. Check out Ballerina?s own caches for your trip to the USA.
